Ordering & payment
How do I order?
Choose your piece, model and storage, then tap Add to Bag or Pre-order on WhatsApp. Our concierge then contacts you to confirm every detail before anything is made.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken when you place your order. Our concierge first confirms the piece, the price and the delivery with you personally, then shares the payment details.
Which currency are the prices in?
Prices show in your local currency automatically. You can change it any time with the currency button at the top of the page. Prices in Pakistan are set in rupees by us, not converted.
Can I order by WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message our concierge on WhatsApp (+92 315 0151831) and we will take your order directly.
Pakistan & PTA
What is the difference between PTA approved and non-PTA?
A PTA approved phone is registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, so a Pakistani SIM works on it permanently. The PTA price already includes the registration tax of Rs 190,000.
A non-PTA phone works fully on Wi-Fi and with international SIMs, but a Pakistani SIM will not keep working on it unless the phone is registered and the tax is paid.
How do I choose PTA or non-PTA?
When prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, every phone page has a PTA option under storage. Choose the one you want and the price updates straight away.
Do you deliver in Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery across Pakistan is free, and our concierge confirms the delivery date with you when your order is confirmed.
Delivery
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 7–10 days, and our concierge gives you a delivery date when your order is confirmed.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free, and international orders are sent by insured DHL Express.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, our concierge arranges insured delivery to your door.
The pieces
Is it a real iPhone?
Yes. Every piece is built on an iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max. We finish the outside by hand, and the phone works exactly like any other iPhone.
Where are they made?
Every piece is finished by hand in our atelier in Dubai and checked before it leaves us.
Are the editions limited?
Yes. Our editions are limited, many to 99 pieces, and each piece comes with its own certificate of authenticity.
What warranty do I get?
A one-year warranty on our craftsmanship. If anything isn't right, message our concierge and we will sort it out.
What comes in the box?
Your piece arrives in a Royalfones presentation box with its certificate of authenticity.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message our concierge straight away and we will make it right.
Bespoke
Can I design my own phone?
Yes. Use Design your own to choose the device, the finish and an engraving, and our concierge will send you a design and a price on WhatsApp.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. On any piece, open Sending it as a gift? to add their name and your message. You also get a private gift reveal page to send them on the day. You can make one any time on our gift page.
Can you add my name, initials or a crest?
Yes. Engraving, names, initials and personal crests are all possible. Add them on Design your own or ask our concierge.
